10/10 Exceptional

Ideally situated for the train and bus stations (5 mins walk at most) this is a clean and comfortable individual hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly and checking in and out was trouble free. The bed was comfortable and the room has everything you need for a short stay. Air conditioning is efficient and the location is quiet considering how convenient it is. There’s a couple of supermarkets nearby and several cafes.

I had a short stay here but everything was great. I was able to check in a bit early which was very helpful. The hotel receptionist was very helpful especially in the morning When I needed a taxi to the airport. The room was clean and well air conditioned.

The location was not bad but 15 minute walk to areas of interest. The rooms and hotel in general was very clean and comfortable.

8/10 Very good

The staff at this hotel are so lovely and kind. The only issues we had was the sound when the staff were getting the breakfast ready. We were on the 2nd floor and still hear all the clattering below despite it being reported that the rooms were soundproof. There is also no fridges in the hotel room which would have been useful for us to store cold water considering the warm temperatures in Malaga during the summer months.

8/10 Very good

The AC unit was effective & I didn't need to have it on for too long. The shower room though small was modern. I loved being able to open the bedroom window. Although my room (201) was beside the lift, it wasn't noisy. Francisco at reception was lovely, helpful & kind.Maria Zambrano train station is only a few mins walk & the bus station a few mins extra. This is a most convenient place to stay if needed these public transport facilities.
