This motel has been completely renovated and is beautiful. Just a 5-6 minute walk into the heart of town. At the end of the block heading for town is a beautiful sand beach. Great stay!

Staff were super helpful, property was clean and secure and walking distance to the main town/group of shops. Parking could be better laid out as there was some type of triangular round about which made it awkward, especially with larger vehicles. Overall, I would return and stay there again without hesitation.

Quiet and relaxing in a area within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We are frequent visitors to Paihia so will stay again next time we visit. The only comment i would make is the TV reception wasn’t great and no SKY TV. But this hardly spoils your enjoyment. Great Place!

We had a lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very firm, something to note if you require a softer bed for bad backs or hips. Really accessible handy to everything great bar next door. Has been nicely renovated. Would highly recommend

Sukhman greeted us upon arrival. He showed our room which was exactly as shown in the pics when booking. He was very helpful with our queries. The room can be compared to a five star hotel suite as it was really clean and well maintained. We had the best stay so far here as compared to the other places booked for this trip. 👍😊

Fabulously clean room, amazing shower with great pressure, very comfortable bed and pillows, central location. Kitchenette had all the necessities. Wonderful staff and superb value. Would have liked a hair dryer and a larger trash can in the kitchen area but not deal breakers and would definitely book again!!

Host Raj was super helpful sorting me out for my after hours arrival. The room was extremely mice. Recently renovated and fitted out very well. Great value for money at this off peak time of the year. Raj checked in with me again in the morning to see that all was to my satisfaction. Cool guy. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

A newly built section on the site of an older motel. Everything in the room was new, comfortable, spacious and relaxing. The embroidered linen ware was a nice touch also. A fully equipped kitchen and separate bedroom would make this an ideal location for extended stays, such as business trips, tradies, etc. The staff were exceptional hosts. Located in a quiet side street, just a short walk from the heart of Piaha, and with the beach at the end of the street, this was a fantastic find. A tv in the bedroom would be a bonus

8/10 Very good

Our stay was fine, the staff were great, and it would appear that the property is going through some up dating as there were unfinished areas in the room such as missing skirting and holes in the ceiling. The carpet felt mew which was a great feeling when you entered the room. The Rayya Suites in Paihia is a place I would recommend, however I would encourage the owners to complete the renovations and it will be a fantastic place to stay.

6/10 Good

The room was very clean, but lacked basic amenities for cooking, despite having a nearly full kitchen. They were not quite ready for opening. But nice well -intentioned people.
