6/10 Good

We had a bad experience with a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. Front desk offered to change to a different room but at the time when we were not available. Housekeeping was not the best neither. We enjoyed the breakfast and the nice guys that attended it.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff are very helpful and the lobby area is nice. High ceilings are a bonus. They clean my room everyday. As someone who has stayed in several hotels...The breakfast is the best in the area at this price point. Also, it's not a smokey hotel, like others. I can't smell any smoke in my room. As a non-smoker I appreciate that. The other guests here are proper ppl.

10/10 Exceptional

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional – 10/10 for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help at every moment. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive (9/10), and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the breakfast – great variety and quality (9/10), definitely a lovely way to start the day. The location is perfect (10/10), close to everything you might need, whether it’s shopping, dining, or sightseeing. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’m sure you’ll love it just as much as I did!

2/10 Poor

dirty, a lot of noise, cleaners, a lot of noise, too much smell of birds, I do not recommend it, and the location is perfect

Good value for money

The stuff is extremely friendly and the rooms were very friendly. However, the room is very small and it should be such a room. In order to move to the other side of the room , you need to jump over the bed.

4/10 Fair

The woman at the reception desk is the rudest person i have ever encountered she does not look at guests and yells at them ehen they ask any questions. The male staff were friendly and kind though. Other than that the ac in the room barely functions and it is extremely hot all the time. It times out after 20 minutes so you need to keep resetting it throughout the night and it only spits out air that I wouldnt even call cool. Breakfast is okay 5/10. You can hear through the walls and the ceilings of the people on top of you. Total third world conditions. Oh and the toilets dont flush properly and make noise for house

2/10 Poor

Rooms are nothing like the pictures on the website. I was given a room in a very poor condition and asked to move to another room and they gave me a smoking bedroom that smelled like an ashtray. Staff was great though and very helpful.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Atik Palace hotel. The front desk staff were so friendly and went above any beyond to help us out with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was so delicious and the kitchen staff, Gunel, Hamit and Nezehat, were so friendly and helpful.
