The worst, super worst experience in my life. This hotel management system is not controlled totally. When i arrived to the hotel, they didn't know my booking status and they just said it is their staff mistake. I showed them my proof of booking status by hotel.com app. They even took some photos of booking evidence. Later they didn't clean my room and said they still couldn't find booking information from the app. I asked to contact with the booking app company. But they didn't clean my room next day again. And the boss told me many cheaters are using booking images and cheat hotels. I felt so surprised to hear that. And I sent him some evidence of my booking status and my payment receipt too. He didn't reply me any messages and he didn't apologize me to recognize me as a cheater. This hotel is not 5 stars. Not ocean side. It's just one of cheap apartments hotel. But I booked the wrong room and couldn't cancel it. I paid for the most expensive room at the hotel. One night price is over USD 100. and they treated me like a scammer. At the last day, they showed my room to other guests with my permission while I went to outside. But they didn't clean my room again. And opened the balcony windows and opened the curtains. It made the room so hot and stuff with high humidity. I was really angry to see it. They didn't care about the best service and didn't care the guests. When I checked out, I sent messages to check out but the boss didn't replied me at all and ju
