O prédio e o apartamento são muito novos e bem mobiliados. A localização é excepcional. Mas tivemos problema com a limpeza. Passaram algum produto no chão que o deixou gorduroso, escorregadio e marcando ao caminhar. E aí vem o problema: o prédio não tem equipe no local. Fizemos o chamado pelo whatsapp, mas o quarto não foi limpo nem no dia seguinte. Passamos dois dias com o quarto sujo. Uma situação de alerta é que os apartamentos finais 1 e 2 são terrivelmente barulhentos por conta da avenida Santo Amaro. Tem que usar os protetores auriculares que são oferecidos gratuitamente para poder dormir. A academia é muito boa e tem um terraço bem interessante. Enfim, o grande benefício é a localização. Um dos melhores bairros de São Paulo
