6/10 Good

Clean room and helpful staff. Horrible smell in the corridors which they said was linked to the drains. Served the purpose pre flight but would be better if they opened the pool at 9:30 a 11 is too late

4/10 Fair

Pretty poor experience - bathroom door did not shut; water temperature all over the place, regardless of position of the tap; neighbouring factory started operating loudly before 6am; breakfast poorly managed (tables not cleaned away, food sparse, hot food apparently available but not willingly offered); leaking ceiling in restaurant that took 2 days to fix. Staff were very friendly and pleasant though!

Need to included shampoo in the showers. Otherwise was what you'd expect for an airport hotel. Restaurant was pretty decent.

8/10 Very good

Quick and easy check in process, my room was available early which was a nice surprise. I had a suite which was a great price. Air con was great in the hot weather. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady on the bar remembered my drink order. Drinks reasonably priced. Rooftop pool is fantastic and gets great sun cover all day. Breakfast is a good continental spread and hot food options available on the menu are included.

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel is close to airport, 10mins in taxi. The roof top area is amazing, plenty of space to relax in the sun before getting flight home. The pool was cold, but refreshing. The restaurant was brilliant, reasonable price and food tasty and good selection. They had a selection of wines and spirits too. The rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the Spanish sunshine. All staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming.
