Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Such a good price incl. a diy breakfast . Stove top and fridge in our good sized FF room at the front. It’s not posh or luxurious but is serves its purpose very well indeed.

very helpful and courteous staff. The room overlooked the street and was near the entrance so there was constant noise.

This is a perfect location if you're on a budget and want to feel "local". The staff are very kind. Lots of floor space and outlets. Room has a FAN which is amazing. Would stay again. Would recommend. Close to tube/buses. Food shoppes and restaurants are close.

The room was comfy and clean. The shower was leaking water and dripping. There was no hot water for a shower and the sink plug was not a fit, having an adequate wash was difficult

Nothing fancy, but does what it says on the tin- clean and tidy, quiet, good idea with the help/make yourself breakfast and communal kitchen . Helpful hosts. Good value for money.

8/10 Very good

The staff member I met was very friendly and the location was easy to find. I had a room with towels provided and a private bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised and very comfortable. Breakfast was available with access to a kitchen which contained a washing machine plus dryer. I enjoyed my stay and I was given knowledge of the local area by the kind staff member. I would stay again as you get privacy, a clean room and a welcoming local community with great access links to all of London. Thank you for a very good experience 🙏🙂

Kitchen very well stocked with a good choice of breakfast items. The rooms need a deep clean - there was food/drink stains on the walls and the radiator was covered in black staining.
