I first wants to thank the stuff so much for changing our room twice. The hotel needs a serious level up and some pipes check, there’s a bad smell from the washrooms. The breakfast is where we got very sad but for the money i guess it’s legit, toast, coffee, juice, cereals and yoghurt.

I got "upgraded" from a room with one king bed to a room with two queen beds - I was alone. The doors were filthy and the whole place reeked like it was never cleaned. I had to leave and did not stay a single night because it was so bad.

Room was cleanish, kitchenette outdated with limited cooking utensils, oven is old and not clean looking. Pool advertised does not smell clean and no circulating water. Stairs and carpets leading up to room filthy. The only thing they seem to have invested in is their restaurant downstairs for lunch/dinnertime. Breakfast included ok for kids. Parking is in parking lot downstairs so if you are on the second floor you have to bring up all your bags. Filter of the air conditioning dirty and smells musty, would have to be cleaned thoroughly. Just a bit of extra effort on changing appliances and cleanliness and this place could have so much more potential. WiFi and cable TV works well. Can't expect more from a 2 star hotel.

Facility is dated. I have stayed in much worse for far more money. Room was clean and warm. We had an early appointment and the continental breakfast was not open at 7 AM so we had to skip it. I would be happy to overnight there again.

The bathtub had mold all around the caulking, however the rest of th room as clean. We did not eat any of the complementary breakfast as we went in and the restaurant was dirty... empty creamers and sugar pacakages next to the coffee machine, tables where all dirty and the cereal and other stuff was hidden so fare in the corner that you could not see it.

Staff didnt look happy to work there, firat room given was a smoke room, horrible. We asked for another one and got two queen bed instead of a king as booked. Hairs and pubic hairs found in the bathroom towels and around the sink. The room above us was waking us very early in the morning as if a family with kids were living there. Outside stairs slippery, not cleaned and dangerous. Scary area. Not recommended.

Cons: Very run down motel. Too bad we didn't read reviews carefully before booking. Arrived late, and prepaid when booking, so could not leave and get another place. We were in room 28... So many things wrong. Flies and mosquitoes in room - screen ripped on screen door might have been the cause. Sink tap broken. Tub tap didn't work properly. Shutting on and off was a hassle, broken tap fixed with cement and poorly done, and barely any hot water. No cream for coffee in room. When asked for some, reception said they give coffee in rooms black. I said I need cream. They finally gave but acted like it was a huge favor. No iron in room, even though there was a stand. Requested and they did bring one, but it too was broken at the top. Beds were too soft and sagging, duvet made of old satin and uncomfortable with cigarette burns, bedsheets very cheap, thin, old, pillows were cheap and flat. Breakfast was meager and sparse. No double lock or latch on room door for safety. Pros: Indian, halal, restaurant in motel so easy access to food, microwave in room, motel owner met us personally and was welcoming and gave us free dessert (not because of any complaints, but because he was being friendly). Overall: place needs major renos, upkeep and basic maintenance. Priced much too high for what is offered.

Stayed with my partner prior to him having surgery scheduled for the next day. Given a 2nd floor room (up 15 stairs) because the elevator was out of service. Room was filthy, toilet in bathroom very dirty. Because reservation was for 2 nights put in a request for a ground floor room. This was granted and room was cleaner but the guest directly above stomped around in what could only have been steel toed boots from 10pm to 1am. Never went to a breakfast area so cannot comment, but overall opinion is that this hotel is extremely run down. Between the unclean hallways and rooms combined with noise of the main road I would never stay here again. I will note that the staff were very good when asked to change rooms and were able to provide a replacement charge cord when mine broke.
