Feels like the hotel shouldn’t have been open yet. Staff didn’t know how to check people in; rooms were barely stocked; lobby was bare and completely uninviting. I would say maybe it will get better with time, but I’m not real confident in that. Rooms are tiny and the hotel feels sparse and unwelcoming.

The Echo was comfy, clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only stayed for one night, but it was very enjoyable.
