O hotel é excelente, os funcionários muito prestativos, café da manhã muito gostoso. O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza, porque fizeram sim o recolhimento do lixo, mas não limparam o banheiro no periodo de 4 estadias, e a piscina não é aquecida como informaram. Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 15h15 e a recepção estava bastante cheia. Após aguardarmos na fila, fomos atendidos e os procedimentos de check-in foram realizados, porém fomos informados de que não poderíamos ir para o quarto porque a unidade ainda não estava disponível. O hotel em si não é ruim: o café da manhã é satisfatório, os quartos são adequados e, de modo geral, a estrutura atende bem. O problema foi justamente a falta de organização no momento da chegada. Considero inaceitável que, já no meio da tarde e após o horário estabelecido para o check-in, o quarto ainda não esteja disponível. Imprevistos podem acontecer, é claro, mas o que incomoda é a falta de coerência: enquanto o hóspede precisa seguir rigorosamente os horários e condições determinados pelo estabelecimento, o próprio hotel parece não ter a mesma responsabilidade em cumprir aquilo que estabelece. Não se trata apenas de uma questão financeira, mas de respeito e organização. Se existem horários definidos para entrada e saída, eles deveriam ser considerados compromissos de ambas as partes. Uma situação como essa logo na chegada acaba sendo difícil de desconsiderar na avaliação de toda a experiência.

Quarto fedendo à retorno de esgoto. Não em estacionamento. Tem que contratar estacionamento á parte. Elevador parece de filme de terror - não parava no andar correto, saía completamente acelerado e freava de uma vez... parava de forma irregular ao piso.
