A well presented and maintained property that was comfortable and clean. Daily room service, own balcony, views, AC, a fridge and drink making facilities meant everything was available for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is about 10 minutes walk from central Fira and almost on the edge of the caldera, but not right on it. There are many restaurants close by. The only thing to note is that there is some traffic noise being on a well used road.

So close to all of the fun!

What a cute spot to stay, very close to shops and restaurants. We were able to rent a car within a stone's throw from the hotel as well. Great recommendations and the staff was wonderful and accommodating!

We had an excellent stay at Villa Fotini. The view from the room of the blue domes and the ocean were incredible, so was the service from the manager. The communication ahead of the stay was superb and they helped us organise a transfer to the port when we checked out. The room itself was a little small but still comfortable, the bed in particular. Only minor issue was the bathroom would get very wet when showering. The location was just outside of the main Fira town which we preferred as it was a bit quieter but still had the same outstanding views. There were good breakfast options nearby too. Highly recommend this spot and we'll be returning.

Villa Fotini is a lovely and affordable place to stay in the heart of Santorini. Maria at the reception is an incredible host who offered the best recommendations for places to eat, attractions to see, and how to get there. We loved our stay there and treasured every moment. The staff were all very kind and we highly recommend the pickup/drop off service for the airport directly to/from the hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay. Bed was very comfortable, church, shops and the restaurants were 2-5 min walking distance from it. Room and bathroom were nice and very well equipped. Exelent use of space. A/C system was great and Maria was very kind and helpful.We will come again:)
