The hostel was very poorly maintained and quite dirty (coffee stains on the walls, showerheads covered in grime, sinks full of hair). The blankets had a lot of hair on them, and in the double beds, they were too short. The mattresses and pillows were quite uncomfortable, and the power outlets were far from the bed. The only positive aspect is the location, right in the city center. However, the worst part was the kitchen—completely unusable due to a constant bad smell, day and night. The furniture was damaged, the pans were in bad shape, the fridges had mold, and the range hoods were placed just 50 cm above the stove.

I like the mirrors in the rooms to make up for no windows. When I booked through Expedia, I never got the door code emailed, so I had to call the staff when I got to the hostel. Eventually, I got access, but that was a bit annoying. Otherwise the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and neat.

The kitchen and bathrooms are not properly clean, it's very uncomfortable. Dishwasher was leaking, counters are so worned, i can't even find a scissor from thr cutlery. Overall it's very claustrophobic ambience. There's no effort to make the common area more homey! Very disappointed given the rate is not cheap!

Jag gillar Citysleep. Det är inget märkvärdigt och gudarna vet att wifi:n kunde vara betydligt bättre. Men det är funktionellt. Sängarna är bekväma. Det finns väldigt gott om toaletter/duschar. Köket fungerar för enklare matlagning. Det är ett av skälen att jag gillar att bo där. Senast gjorde jag en risotto som räckte i flera dagar. Numera får man dessutom oftast ha sin mat ifred i kylskåpen. Läget mitt i centrum är också svårslaget.

Det jag tyckte var jobbigt är att det inte finns några fönster, kände mig instängd/inlåst. Det var bara kala vita väggar och dörrar, lite fängelse känsla. Köket var rätt ok, kunde ha funnits mer husgeråd och varit lite fräschare. Det fanns många kylskåp och de flesta var fräscha. Rummet var litet, ingen plats att stuva undan bagaget, nu var jag ensam så det funkade men är man fler mer bagage blir det trångt. Det ligger väldigt centralt i stan vilket är en stor fördel. Någon personal såg jag inte till.
