Would stay here again

Spent 4 days here. Other than an issue with having to switch rooms the second day, everything was fine. Room was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Had to fiddle with the a/c to get it running but wasn’t too frustrating. Overall would stay here again and would recommend.

The pools are the only plus. Everything else was bad. They need a major renovation on their property. All their furnishings are old and smell. Missing a piece of a headboard. WiFi wasn’t working at all till the day we left. The cleaning lady was so rude to me when I was checking out this morning because I parked in front of the stairway and started yelling at me. She said that wasn’t a parking spot that I couldn’t park there. They were no signs or any writings on the parking lot that you cannot park there. It was a bad experience for me and my kids. I wanted to cancel my reservation but I couldn’t find any more places around the area due to Labor Day weekend. I’ll never going to stay there again and would not recommend it. The condition of the properties are just poor.

Un site avec beaucoup de potentiel, mais qui semble laissĂ© Ă  l'abandon ou presque. En fouillant sur le net vous verrez que le mĂȘme genre de commentaires revient depuis plusieurs annĂ©es... Il semble que les gestionnaires n'en tiennent pas rigueur! - Draps non changĂ©s Ă  notre arrivĂ©e avec prĂ©sence de poils et miettes dans deux lits. La literie est de piĂštre qualitĂ© (on voit le matelas Ă  travers, car il n'y a pas toujours de protĂšge-matelas...). - Les condos ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©s, mais les meubles sont dĂ©suets et dĂ©fraĂźchis - on n'a pas vraiment le goĂ»t de relaxer dans le condo; - Équipements de piĂštre qualitĂ©, brisĂ©s ou incomplets, autant dans l'unitĂ© que dans les espaces communs (arcade, spa... l'eau du spa est froide!!) Bref, beaucoup trop cher pour l'offre de service. Nous y Ă©tions pour les vacances des fĂȘtes et le spa Ă©tait fermĂ© tĂŽt en soirĂ©e sans prĂ©avis le 1er janvier. Bonne annĂ©e! Nous repartons avec l'impression d'avoir Ă©tĂ© volĂ©s. -

Notre petit condo était parfait : propre, bien équipé et confortable. Nous avons profité du bain tourbillon du site. La localisation est excellente : prÚs de Québec, de l'ile D'Orléan, des chutes Montmorency, de Baie Saint-Paul, du parc des Grands Jardins et de Cap Tourmente. Nous y retournerons!

Parfait endroit pour relaxer avec les enfants . J'ai 2 enfants de 9 ans et 13 ans et ils se sont amusé dans les glissades pendant que nous relaxions dans le spa et la piscine. On a eu beaucoup d3 plaisir a l'arcade aussi par contre plusieurs jeu étaient hors- service!!! Dans la soirée il y a eu une présentation sur les étoiles filantes et les aurores fait par un astronome, ensuite nous avons observé les étoiles a travers son télescope nous avons adoré cette présentation!!! Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable sejour !!

Si prĂšs mais si loin de la perfection. Le condo 2 chambres Ă©tait spacieux et propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Par contre, un grand manque d’entretien fait en sorte que plusieurs items tombent en ruine. L’air climatisĂ© coule sur le plancher. Un prĂ©posĂ© Ă  l’entetien nous a indiquĂ© que c’est parce que l’on tenait l’unitĂ© trop froide. Il a augmentĂ© la tempĂ©rature de 1 degrĂ© et l’unitĂ© coulait autant sinon plus. La poignĂ©e pour l’ajustement de la tempĂ©rature de la douche nous a restĂ©e dans les mains lors de la premiĂšre utilisation. Le pommeau de douche a clairement besoin d’un bain dans le CLR. Les ustensiles Ă©taient en nombre suffisant. L’accĂšs au BBQ commun Ă  l’extĂ©rieur est un gros plus Ă  notre sĂ©jour. Pour ce qui est du « Parc Aquatique ». Un spa sur trois Ă©tait fonctionnel. Le sauna sec et le sauna humide Ă©taient hors de fonction. Les glissades d’eau Ă©taient super pour les enfants. Pour les arcades
 encore lĂ , si prĂšs mais si loin de la perfection. Un salle avec des arcades quand mĂȘme moderne. Quand tu jettes un regard en arriĂšre de la salle, on retrouve une dizaine d’arcade hors fonction. Cet endroit a besoin d’un investissement pour simplement rendre ce qui est hors service, fonctionnel. Notre sĂ©jour a somme toute Ă©tĂ© super bien. Il s’agit d’un bel endroit pour y aller avec des enfants. La dame Ă  la rĂ©ception est trĂšs courtoise et semble y travailler depuis longtemps.
