The place was clean. Toilet was leaking in the room I stayed in and mattress had a huge dibet in center of queen bed which was supposed to be a King bed. There is nothing there in room except TV. no mini frig, coffee maker, or other amenities. Breakfast was included but even though there was juice machine, no juice available. Syrup dispenser was broken so none to go with the waffle. no drinks either, so I found Breakfast somewhere else. The place was hard to find. Hidden way behind the pilot gas station with no signs pointing which direction to go. I started following a road behind pilot and saw a sign for days inn. didn't know i was at right place until I was in front of the hotel and had the name I was looking for.

Good enough room. Complimentary breakfast was laughable. No hot water, some cereal, a few pieces of toast hardly anything there. Didn’t expect much but a piece of fruit or a yogurt would have been appreciated. Bathroom towels are tiny.

There was no spa, there was no pool, there were no amenities, I checked in, went to the room and it was beyond DISGUSTING. I then checked out and left, I did not even spend more than 10 minutes in the building. The ad and photos were completely misleading, I expect a full refund and even that will not make up for the inconveniences you have caused me that night!!!

We arrived at this hotel and it was flooded. No fire spinlers working as they had been turned off by the fire department. We waited over an hour to be checked in because the police prohibited entrance. Because Expedia had enacted a no refund policy we felt compelled to stay there. What really aggravated me was the fact that they gave no consideration to the fact that I could ascend stairs and had stated that on my reservation request. The elevator wasn't working! They wouldn't give my situation any consideration. The staff we very rude and totally unprofessional. Cursing and swearing and yelling loudly in front of the quests. So I would give it even less than one star if at all possible. For starters the first conversation with the woman at the front desk was about how many times the cops had been there recently,which I thought great. There was an issue with the booking which was my fault but she made it into a bigger deal. After making a new reservation we waited 30-40 mins for it to show up on her end because she refused to look it up by the confirmation number I had. She was rude then and that was just the start. While all this is going on she continuously disappearing to the back where what I assume was her family was and was more worried about ordering food with them. It was as like take your kid to work day but she had the whole family. Next get to the room,just dirty. Ice bucket had all hair in it, nips underneath the bed. Only one set of towels so I go down and ask for more and a guy comes to the counter with bare feet and tells me that’s all I get. 2 people 1 set of towels for 2 days. Had to get aggravated till finally he gets some. Again so rude. The next I leave dirty towels at door at 11am comeback at 4pm there still at the door. Bring them down and ask for more and the same rude woman told me that’s all I get she can’t take them on 2nd shift if she does the state can shut them down and her fired. Totally nasty with me. 2 day stay they argued with me I get one set of towels unless 3 or more day stay for 2 ppl.The woman at the front desk rude and awful stay. $72 per night not worth it

Location is between two highways, apparently poor insulation so it was noisy. The actual property--in all respects--looks nothing like photos on websites! The whole place was dingy, low lighting, and uninviting in appearance. My room was cramped, generally unattractive, bed was uncomfortable and stained linen. Breakfast consisted on a working waffle maker and microwave for making hot cereals; 2 cold cereal dispensers with a gallon of milk in a mini fridge. Juice and coffee machines not working; Mr Coffee style coffee maker on counter did contain coffee. Several juice packs in the same mini fridge as milk; some packaged pastry items were also available. That was disappointing for an early departure at the beginning of a long day and given the remoteness of the location, there are no close walkable alternatives for a suitable breakfast. I don't usually complain, but given the exorbitant price $180+ for a night, the facility was unsatisfactory; however, I have no complaints about the staff; they were helpful.
