Firm bed and sofa bed. Close to everything you want to experience in the downtown area. Unfortunately, it was very, very noisy with all this traffic on the street and passersby. Other than that, we had no problems.

Nice size flat and very good location in the middle of Reykjavik. However, the windows on the street level means it is very noisy, we slept very poorly during the weekend. Also, quite expensive street parking.

Great location right in the heart of downtown, with bars, restaurants, shops, and the church all within walking distance. It's also easy to get to from the airport by bus. The place was very clean, and the staff was friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend!

We love our apartment! It is a great location and check in process is very smooth. However, one thing to note is that this property does not have elevators and the 2-3 bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor. It’s quite a hassle to carry the luggage up the spiral stair. Would still recommend the Rey apartment for group travelling.

Location is outstanding! Would stay again. No coffee maker. Just kettle, but no coffee. Bring your own instant. Also, parking is paid street parking. Tip: don’t park in P1. Drive just north to the ocean to P3 and save 80%!

The location is probably the best selling point of the place. Check-in process is fine, you have to walk two mins to a hotel to check in. There’s a radio you could use at the apartment front door to call the hotel receptionist but no one answered when we called. There were some miscommunications between the hotel and the cleaning crew. We booked the hotel for two nights and the cleaning staff opened our door on the second morning at 8:30 (doesn’t make any sense even they thought we only booked one night and if the checkout time is 11 am) Overall the location is pretty good and the cafe downstairs is amazing
