Check-in process and staff were great! Location super convenient. Room design is nice. The room would have been perfect minus a few old Doritos under the bed, a leaky fridge and a noise battle between someone upstairs and someone next door. It amazed me the hotel allows anyone to keep up the level of noise the upstairs tenant was making. And we were getting the spillover noise and were not the only tenants affected by the aggressive noise. Yeah it was very quiet everywhere except in my room. My biggest gripe is that if a location allows dogs they should keep separate rooms for tenants with pets or actually wash all the bedding after each pet visit. The coverlet on my bed smelled strongly of dog. If you ever had a dog you know they have a smell even when not stinky.

Cookware and dishsoap is not provided. There is 1 soap pack provided for the dishwasher, but for a hotel it would be a nice touch to include regular dishsoap. Coffee service was out of cups and creamer when 1st set up at 5:15am...disappointing for anyone wishing for a quick cup on the way out. Highway is loud through windows so I would recommend requesting a room on opposite side from the 101. Bed was very comfy and blackout shades helped keep the light and heat out. Staff was kind and accommodating.

Pretty darn impressive! Affordable suites, brand new and pretty much everything works great. I really enjoyed my stay, and would stay again. Not upscale, but the basics are good and workable. Good appliances. Staff is delightful, professional, knowledgeable and most helpful. Typical of extended stay, no daily maid service banging on your door. Need something, the front desk has it. Impressive heating and cooling, thermostat driven. Get there while it's all brand spanky new, great location. Comfy bed!

The ladies who womanned the desk were much better than the middle-aged man who was there at times. The microwave in our room didn't work and he promised to send maintenance, but they never arrived. I also told himi the water fountain filter needed to be replaced, but that wasn't done, either, until I told the red-haired desk lady and she got it done almost immediately. The bed was too low and my wife couldn't get out of it without me giving her a boost. Also, the roll-in shower needs better water control; the entire bathroom floor got soaked. On the bright side, it's a very clean and new property. The room was spacious and contained a huge amount of storage space, which was very nice. The AC cooled the room very well, although bathroom ventilation is a bit weak. The bathroom nightligh is a great feature.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean, as well as the hotel. However. This is supposed to be an extended stay hotel. There were two plates and some silverware in the room. There were a full-size refrigerator and a small stove, but there were no pans, toaster, coffee cups etc. We did ask about a pan, but we were told most people bring their own and they did not offer that. There was no soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, Kleenex, or extra toilet paper. Honestly, we have never stayed in a hotel like this with so few basic amenities.
