Oia village is one of the most beautiful places in Greece, and the location of this little hotel caved into the the volcano is amazing. Oia village and this hotel is the most cleaned placed we have been to. The breakfast buffet is normal Greek standard. The Volcano view suite was amazing. It was right near the Main Street and easy access to shopping and restaurants. The staff (porter, driver, reception) were exceptional. The room comes with a hot tub that has views of the volcano. The breakfast is down at the main hotel which requires a 10-15 minute walk. The walk there is downhill but uphill on the way back to your room.

Our favourite hotel stay of our trip. Very comfy bed and amazing shower. We especially loved the Greek breakfast buffet every morning. The staff were so friendly and approachable, always happy to help. Pool was super refreshing and had the most comfortable lounge chairs. Amazing view of the sunset!! Price is worth that alone I’d imagine. Be prepared to climb some stairs. Only negative was the check-in process as it took us well over an hour to get into our room.

Rooms clean and staff friendly. However I think well worth noting that this hotel is FAR down the caldera. MANY steps to get up and down and let me tell you this would deter me from staying here again. Yes they help with luggage but the up and down on the steep steps was definitely a challenge. It’s half way down to ammoudi bay which is nice but if mobility is an issue this is not the place for you. Otherwise overall a great experience.

This place was an absolute dream! We stayed in the volcano view suite which had an additional room above the main villa. It was right in the middle of the hustle and bustle under the main pedestrian walkway. Sitting the the hot tub felt a bit like being in a fishbowl but I actually loved being right in the middle of it all (you can also draw curtains for some privacy). I am dreaming of coming here again! The staff was so helpful, just a WhatsApp text away! And it was actually really fun to walk to the main property each morning for breakfast while the streets were empty and quiet.

This has been such an amazing experience staying at Oia Mare Villas. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the views are truly magnificent , honestly some of the best views in Oia. The staff was incredible throughout our stay, super helpful, accommodating, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. I highly recommend booking their transportation option. Someone greets you upon arrival and helps carry your luggage all the way to your room, which makes a huge difference considering all the stairs and steps around Oia. The breakfast every morning was always fresh and delicious, and the staff even helped us book dinner reservations at some of the top restaurants in Oia, which made everything so much easier and stress free. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely come back. My only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer!
