체크인 대기 시간이 너무 길어져서 처음에 화가 많이 났었는데, 직원분들이 불편한 내색없이 진심으로 죄송해하고 다른것으로 보상 해 주시려고 노력해 주시는 모습에 많이 누그러 졌었습니다. 어떻게 보면 당연한 걸 수도 있지만 직원분들의 진심이 담긴 태도로 응대해 주시는 모습이 인상 깊었습니다. 그 외 시설이나 청결함은 듣던대로 best of best 였습니다. 부모님이 좋다는 표현을 잘 안하시는데 지내는 내내 너무 좋다고 계속 말씀하셔서 저도 기분이 좋았어요. 번창하세요~

객실의 크기와 구조는 솔직히 기대보다 아쉬웠다. 옷을 둘곳이라곤 입구에 옷걸이 하나뿐이라 겨울철 두 사람이 묵으며 짐을 풀고 외투를 걸어두기에는 다소 난감할 것 같다. 매트리스는 만족스러웠지만, 베개는 오히려 잠을 뒤척이게 만들었다. 하지만 이런 아쉬움은 아침 조식 뷔페를 만나는 순간 상당 부분 상쇄된다. 만족도가 꽤 높았던 조식 덕분에 전반적으로는 좋은 기억으로 남은 2박이었다.
