El hotel y las instalaciones excepcionales … el hotel es prácticamente nuevo .. sin embargo dejamos una pulsera y marcamos ese mismo día para solicitar el resguardo de esta .. en repetidas ocasiones llamamos, mandamos correos y no obtuvimos respuesta .. pasamos por Saltillo de regreso y nos hospedamos ahí de nuevo, solicitamos información y fue entonces que nos dijeron que no tenían ningun reporte del ama de llaves .. es obvio que la persona que limpió la habitación la tomó … el hotel debió tomar acciones de inmediato que se reportó y no lo hizo…
