We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one. The breakfast menu has lot of options. Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away. Overall it was 7/10. Thanks.

Stuff were very friendly and helpful. We travelled off-season and there weren't many tourists in North Goa. At the same time, the hotel was hosting different events and conferences. As two females travellers, we were uncomfortable around the pool. Lastly, the hotel needs maintenance and deep cleaning.

Value for Money, old property maintained very well. 5 min walk to the beach. True Taj heritage style for the money you pay. Comfy, class and exceptional front office on boarding staff. IT engineer was truly exceptional to fix my secure Wi-Fi issue. Restaurant is decent enough nothing classy about it and service is all over as it’s a new team I guess. Overall, the stay was good, enjoyed it and value for money!
