Location is ideal for snorkeling and diving. You can just take your gear and walk right into the water a few feet from your room.
The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Food and shopping is not far. I do recommend this place for adults who are interested in snorkeling, diving or fishing.

Overall nice place, great vibe and wonderful location. Only challenge can be the parking. Limited spots and can be difficult if you have a large truck.

One of the best places we’ve been. This hotel has everything you’ll need, location, amenities, fishing, private beach, in the center of everything, you park your car and you dont have to go out for anything. Staff, the best you can get. They are above and beyond, anything you need any time, they are there for you. Our kids loved this place, very relaxing for adults too. You need to come and check it out for yourself.
Thank you Carmelo & Yuni for your hospitality.
See you soon!!!

This little resort is practically made for scuba divers, easy access to aquatic reserve. Tons of Marine life, starting at the private beach... Just snorkeling the beach you see an insane amount of fish. The rooms are comfortable, they all have full size kitchen. I brought a couple of pots, because I did not know if they would have them, but they provided a set of kitchenware that covered all the bases so I did not really need mine. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Pool was amazing. And you are a skip and a hop from the ocean side beach on the Island. They offer kayaks for rent too, if you are wanting to do that.
This place is a hidden gem.

in a perfect location you can walk to a bunch of stores and restaurants. and you can snorkel right off the beach of the hotel. a 2 min walk away from the Phil foster park snorkeling spot. the staff were very eager to help out and always waved or said hi to you. they offer renting kayaks and paddle boards and they were talking about offering dive classes too. it give me a homey feeling in the rooms with a full kitchenet and cooking equipment. the owner was a marine biologist lady who was super helpful with tips and spots in the area to go. I had never snorkeled in salt water and very little in fresh so I would've been lost without the reasorses she gave me.

Don’t go unless you like to pay for visitors
Don’t gone unless you want 24/7,ambulance Fire sirens right outside interstate like road
Don’t go if you want to park a car as community is full of vehicles
Don’t go unless you can maneuver in tiny kitchen
Don’t go if you have ANY handicap as there are no amenities for you
And don’t go if you need toilets more than
12 inches above floor
One value was young staff member and his boss who made every effort to help you overcome property’s shortcomings
My visit was horrible
It was like solitary as being hendicapped and unable to negotiate step up step down whether i was outside room, in shower
Felt discriminated as handicapped
I left a night early as I could not possibly have a vacation I desperately needed

The staff was outstanding. The room is exactly as described and definitely a diver room with the tile. The bathroom was in great condition, and the shower had hot water. The location is perfect for a diver who wants to snorkel or dive the bridge. The cons of staying here are the following: NOISE from the street next to the hotel. I had to wear my noise cancelling headphones in order to get any sleep. They do not service the rooms during your stay. Roku on the TV only.
My room was right on the road. I cannot say if the other rooms had the same issue with the noise. The street noise did improve during the week, but the weekend was horrible.

Location was excellent. Right across the lagoon from Phil Foster park. We went snorkeling right off the back of the property from their own small private beach. Current can get strong but one could easily swim from the hotel to the park at the right time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to switch rooms because of a plumbing issue. Rooms are pretty bare bones. Plan to get cozy, the second room we had only had a full size bed.The first room had a queen. Bring your own toiletries. You may want to bring your own beach towels/chairs if you plan to head to other beaches. Very short drive (2-3 minutes) to several local eateries at Ocean Walk shopping center. There are also several other shops for gifts, supplies, clothes, etc. This shopping center is adjacent to the beach on the east side of Singer Island, where you can rent chairs & umbrellas. If you don’t care about a lot of creature comforts and you’re looking just for a place to lay your head at night, I would definitely check this place out.We would stay here again.

I want to keep this place a secret for me, but I can't be selfish. From arrival and throughout the entire stay Carmelo and Junny were amazing. Prior to arriving the communication was on point from Missey checking on our arrival time.
The place is clean, near Publix, main beach and little private beach on the bridge, nearby boat dock and they have their own little beach area and dock. I found my spot and definitely am planning a return with friends! Highly recommended! Everything they promise is there.
I give it a 20 out of 10!! Can't wait to return.

We loved staying there but there are some things that could be better if we’re knit picking. The bar soap for sink and shower was tiny and we have expected liquid soap for a long time. It took a few minutes to get hot water. The door locking system seemed vulnerable. Cable TV was very limited (bring your own system that works with Roku.).

The place was as beautiful as the pictures show, and the location is perfect. For a family who love to snorkel, it is a little slice of paradise. We were welcomed by Mr. Carmelo, a most delightful gentlemen, who very kindly and well humored showed us the facilites. He was even able to make my daughter laugh (no ease feat!) with his "magic pop corn" trick! Right after accommodating ourselves, we proceeded to the small beach and had a blast snorkeling. Many fish and crabs right there under the pier. From there, we could walk straight trough the short bridge to Phil Foster park, Central Florida's snorkeling paradise.
Accommodations are roomie and clean, in a charming rustic way, with a small but well equipped kitchen. Bring the shampoo, because only soap bars are provided. The A/C worked well and silently. There is also a good heated swimming pool, and scuba diving facilities, witch we intend to use next time. Overall, it was a great experience, and we are lookin forward to returning!
