It was really worth for the money and rooms were cleaned and well organized. I would recommend for a stay.

The room was clean and the location was really good but there's no staff or there's no reception, everything is online. Also the bathroom was not good. Very small and when you take a shower, since there is no seperator or anything, everywhere gets wet. I would not chose to stay here again.

For the price, it is an excellent choice; right there in the downtown and very close to the main railway station. Also tidy and well-kept. However, be aware that there is no reception and they should really fix their electronic check-in system; I didn't receive the keys promised despite online check-in. While everything worked fine as you can call them from the front entrance, I would be hesitant if, e.g., arriving late at night. But otherwise perfect!

This was a very budget stay, and while the room was clean and reasonably comfortable, that’s about where the positives end. There were no in-room amenities at all—not even a glass or cup. The TV only works if you hotspot it to your own device, which is quite inconvenient. The worst issue was the main light in the room, which kept turning itself on during the night and disrupted sleep. There was also a gap under the door, so light from the corridor constantly shone into the room whenever someone walked past. On top of that, being located next to the shared bathroom meant you could clearly hear flushing and running water. I didn’t pay much, so I wasn’t expecting luxury—but this definitely doesn’t meet the standard of a 3-star property. You really do get what you pay for

This is a fully automated hotel with no reception or personal I place. There is also no bag storage before or after, which I did not learn until the info the following day. As I was changing rooms the following night, this was a big inconveniance for me. Entering the hotel, the check in/out, room cards etc. are all done electronically with email codes and phone access. It works fantastic, when you have well understood how. The price for the hotel reflects what you get. There were a few issues, but nothing that scares me away. It is in a perfect location and very clean and fresh. Now that I know what it is and how it works, I would definitely stay there again if I was looking for a cheaper option to visit my son. Room 303 My first night I was alone and stayed in a single room This was on 4th floor with no elevator. The stairs are uneven and a little steep. +The room size and bathroom was enough for what I needed. +The room was fresh and fairly newly renovated. +internet was very good -renovations work started at 7:00 which was quite loud even on the 4th floor -There were no lights which made the old stairway difficult/dangerous at night.- 4 floors! The next day the problem was fixed. -Great TV, but no content available - no channels, internet, etc No one to talk to. Tried to phone, but was dissconnected twice. Sent a message. Answered a little later, but no info on the TV -would have like to have had a second pillow

Room 105 The following night, 2 of my sons arrived, and we stayed in a tripple room. This was on the 2nd floor, same stairway, but less stairs. The step into the corridor from the stairs was very high and a little difficult with knee issues. +This room was also newly renovated and fresh. +It was very spacious and comfy to be in, but only the desk chair to sit in. +internet was very good -Another beautiful TV, but it did not turn on. Probably the batteries in the remote did not work, but again, no one in the lobby who could help with this. So no TV again for the second night. -The tap mixer for the shower did not work properly. The temperature constantly shifted from luke warm to ice cold no matter what setting you had it at. There was hot water in the sink.

The cleaning lady was nice. The hotel was under construction. Terrible stairs, no wash clothes, very hot, no air conditioning, no elevators. Very dangerous step up and down to the stairs. No nexflex, etc. only local TV. Not user-friendly in checking in.

The room was very clean and the hotel was located just off of a main avenue and a 5 minute walk from the train station. The housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. Offered to clean up or replace towels. Also offered an extra pillow or comforter if needed. I would stay here again when I visit Copenhagen.

Lock on door didn't work so random people just walked into my room, water pressure in the shower was so low it was impossible to wash your hair, only one towel (no hand towel). No electrical outlet in bathroom and no mirror in the room, so you're styling your hair in blindness. TV channels didn't work most of the time. Switched to another room, this one had a mirror and better water pressure but smelled like smoke and no hooks for towels. Walls were as thin as cardboard. Oh and no reception. Feels like this hotel was made by people who never stayed at a hotel?

2/10 Poor

Check in was not until 2pm, which is fine, but there was no bag storage and this was not highlighted before our stay. The lobby was a construction site with electrical wires poking out everywhere. We were given rooms that we didn’t originally book (photos did not match rooms) on the top floor (no elevator) and both room stank of mould and chemical cleaner. The bathrooms were dirty with moldy corners and shower curtains, and the shower was just a hand held one that sat over the sink. We were so shocked we booked another hotel and left.
