This is a very family centred hotel, lots of kids & pools/slides etc for them. Rooms clean & two double beds so good for a family. I was not keen on the restaurant. It was very busy, quite noisy, food not amazing, but did cater for gluten free with bread, cakes biscuits & separate toaster so good for coeliacs. As were the 4 neighbouring restaurants which was nice. If you don’t have kids I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s about 15 mins in a taxi from the heart of Salou so you need a taxi. No prom/walkway to get there other than local roads. A small beach at the rear of the hotel was nice. Overall a nice short 5 night break. If you want more going on this little resort is not for you , you’ll want the bigger resort next door of Salou.

i have been in hotels in different countries but this hotel was very bad experience for me and my family the activities in the hotel is very good specially for kids but the hygiene levels is 0 i was asking 4_5 times until they clean my room i wait two days until the room cleaner came, also there's no laundry in the hotel there's no service that they take your clothes to clean i was shocked, the food was fine but not very good, in the room there's no kettle or any tea or coffee

nice Hotel. and friendly staff. very good beach on the hotel ground, nice pool and water park 1) Food in the big buffet is only okay. too much consideration is given to the fact that there are many English people, so almost no Spanish food, but beans, burgers and fries. you have to be at the restaurant when I opens if you want a nice table and not stand in line to get in. 2). the hotel lets people reserve sun chairs in the morning without using them, people are stingy and take chairs, tables and parasols and then leave them for several hours. 3). There is no control at the indoor hot pool in the spa area, so 12-15 year olds make water bombs and spray so there is no peace and it is difficult to be there with small children

Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the beach. The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only. Special thanks go to the room cleaning staff, the busy but friendly restaurant staff, Raul in the Braseria and bar manager for his kindness. Finally to Sandra on Guest services. Good value for money. Rooms felt a bit dated and bedding was awful. No glasses or drinking water provided in rooms. We couldn't get a sea facing room amd got one overlooking the splash park/road, which was quite noisy and not very pleasant. Swimming facilities were good and access to the private beach was nice. Food - very good for a 3* hotel. I've been to many 4* hotels where food was a lot worse, so we were pleasantly surprised.

Hôtel très bien pour une famille avec des enfants car il y a beaucoup de jeux aquatique à la piscine, de plus, la mer est à 50m au pied de l'hôtel, très pratique pour aller se rafraichir, autour de l'hôtel il y a quelques restaurant sympa ainsi que quelques magasins pour se dépanner au cas ou, le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très varier (il y en a pour tout les gouts).

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Best Cap Salou fue muy buena. Viajamos en familia (2 adultos y 3 niños) con régimen de todo incluido y, en general, la experiencia fue excelente. Destacamos especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, incluso en días de mucha afluencia de huéspedes. Queremos mencionar a un señor que trabaja en el bar de la piscina y suele llevar una corbata azul; fue extremadamente simpático, atento y carismático durante toda nuestra estancia. Las instalaciones para niños son muy buenas y hacen que el hotel sea una excelente opción para familias. Los pequeños disfrutaron mucho de las actividades y de las zonas acuáticas. Como punto a mejorar, tuvimos una situación puntual en el bar de la piscina infantil. Mi hijo fue a pedir un helado y, cuando volvió para pedir otro para su hermana, un empleado y una señora que estaban atendiendo hicieron un comentario preguntando si iba a llevarse todos los helados del bar. Mi hijo se sintió incómodo y finalmente decidió no coger el helado. Consideramos que fue un caso aislado y probablemente no era su mejor día, ya que el resto del personal fue muy amable durante toda la estancia. A pesar de este pequeño incidente, recomendamos el hotel para familias y volveríamos a alojarnos allí.

Hemos estamos muy agusto. Los precios son bastante asequibles dentro del hotel, lo que no entiendo es que como en una pensión completa no te entra el agua a la hora de las comidas. La piscina de los niños está genial. Está en otro lado del hotel, ósea que las actividades que puedan hacer no las verás si están en la Piscina del barco . La verdad que solo vimos la mini disco y algún show de después que estaban muy bien. El bufet muy completo. A veces costaba coger mesa. Los camareros muy atentos . El bufettw braseria muy bueno. Y menos concurrido. Las habitaciones. Nosotros éramos dos adultos y dos niños de 3 años… para dormir bien, contras…poco espaciosa y . La nevera excesivamente pequeña, nosotros llevábamos alguna cosa para los críos y la nevera excesivamente pequeña y SIN CONGELADOR.

Nous sommes arrivés et on nous a attribué une chambre qui n’était pas celle réservée. À peine la porte ouverte, elle empestait les égouts. Nous sommes immédiatement allés nous plaindre à la réception on nous a répondu « ça ne sentait pas mauvais avant votre arrivée ». Je n’avais jamais vu ça. Il a fallu que je demande à parler au gérant pour que finalement on me donne la chambre réservée et que la réceptionniste s’excuse.

Tres sale en arrivant dans le hall vers 18h30. Des bouteilles, coton tige dans le couloir sur la moquette. Aucune isolation phonique, a 3H du matin on pensait qu'il y avait du monde dans notre chambre tellement. Jusqu'à 5H du matin il y a eu du bruit. La salle de bain etait sale, ainsi que le sol dans la chambre. Vraiment déçue.

Bei der Ankunft im Hotel am Samstag, dem 4. Oktober, wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Abendessen war köstlich. Auch das Essen am Sonntag war köstlich. Allerdings konnte ich am Sonntag nicht um eine Zimmerreinigung bitten. Ich musste mich an die Rezeption wenden, aber ab Montag war das Essen schrecklich. Wir vermuten, dass die ständige Wiederholung auf die Schließung des Hotels zurückzuführen ist, da die Kartoffeln nicht frisch vom Vortag waren und die Gerichte mehrmals aufgewärmt wurden. Beim Fleisch gab es überhaupt keine Auswahl. Das gegrillte Fleisch war zäh und nicht zu kauen. Einmal war mir nach dem Abendessen so schlecht, dass ich die halbe Nacht mit Durchfall und Bauchschmerzen im Badezimmer verbrachte. All-inclusive-Getränke (für Männer) waren praktisch nicht verfügbar, nicht einmal die kostenpflichtigen. Wenn etwas ausging, öffnete das Personal weder eine neue Flasche, füllte sie nicht nach oder meldete, dass etwas fehlte. Dasselbe passierte mit Granita-Eis, Pommes und anderen Dingen. Der Wendepunkt kam, als wir beim Abendessen Metallspäne auf dem Teller meiner Tochter fanden! Auf keinen Fall, und nie wieder! Wäre der Strand nicht so nah am Hotel gewesen und es gäbe kein Kinderbecken mit Attraktionen (der Whirlpool war kostenpflichtig), wäre unser Aufenthalt ein kompletter Reinfall gewesen. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.
