On the positive side, the location is excellent. Close to town eateries as well as the beach. Our room had a partial sea view for which there was an up-charge. However, the property and its amenities are worn and tired. Even accounting for the proximity to the water, the place is in disrepair. Windows don't work, the toilet ran non stop, the beds were too soft, etc. The included breakfast was the usual collection of carbs. In short, it's a well located motel vibe at luxury resort prices.

This hotel is clean and lovely. My only suggestion would be to add boiled eggs to the breakfast for protein. The fresh fruit and yogurt were great! Staff was helpful and friendly.

AMAZING VACATION!!! We enjoy all the time going to Ogunquit but at Terrace by the Sea, it is summummm!!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming!!! Perfect Perfect Perfect... Confortable beddings, location is amazing and walking distance to the beach.. Staff is extraordinary and we will keep going to Terrace by the Sea always!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
