This was the one of the worst experience I have ever had. On the day of my arrival at Saigon, six hours before my check in, the hotel sent me a message asking to contact me without mentioning what’s going on. I did not see message until I was at the hotel ready for check-in. When I finally saw it and contacted the hotel, it was then they told me that no room rooms were available that day and asked me to switch to another hotel. After refusing to switch to a much further and cheaper hotel, they asked me to cancel my reservation.
To make it even worse, they didn’t even started the process. I had to contact hotel.com to cancel the reservation. But, Odella lied to hotel.com saying that it was my fault that I didn’t check in. It took me a whole week before I finally sorted out with hotel.com. I was lucky that I print screened all the conversation and send it to hotel.com to prove that I was the one that was not allowed to check in.
