Very Disappointing Experience
I booked this hotel specifically for an AC room, and the booking clearly showed that the room included AC. However, after arriving, the hotel manager refused to provide the AC room/service and did not give any proper explanation.
When I asked what I was supposed to do after booking and paying for an AC room, the manager simply refused to help and even made an unprofessional remark along the lines of “itne paise mein AC kahan se milega?” This is completely unacceptable when the booking itself clearly advertised an AC room.
If the hotel cannot provide the facilities promised at the time of booking, it should not advertise or accept bookings for those facilities. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
