4/10 Fair

We arrived to find out there is no hot water, the next day in the morning it was fixed so we could shower but when we returned was the same no hot water. When I called to get assistance the guy who picked up the phone was not professional at all he sounded like bothered by me. A/C was not working and it was very hot in the room, to the A/C we sent a message but they never responded. As a plus the place is located very centrally, you have many places walking distance.
