Very good. Clean, close to the port and restaurants. Would stay again

Location was good for the Cruise terminal but that’s all I’m afraid. The room was really dated and in not great condition. Window was broken. The headboard for the bed was just clear tape stuck to the wall. No air conditioning just a small desktop fan. We was on top floor and there is no help with luggage as property is unmanned.

Great location. Close to Oxford street for bars/restaurants. Rooms were better than expected from other reviews we read. Excellent for a short stay and for the price.

No staff at hotel, no amenities, door codes sent, corridors of hotel could do with updating.

Closed to the old city and all the attractions, around corner is good for drinks and dinning.

If you are on a budget this place will suffice. There is no AC and the windows don’t open a lot so I would not recommend it during the warmer months. Cleanliness was just ok. One of the towels in the bathroom looked like it was stained with blood. Bed sheets were clean though. The location was decent. It is right above a bar but it actually wasn’t loud in the evening. Walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. Overall I would stay there again as long as it was a cooler months.

Great location just a short walk from the pubs and restaurants on Oxford Street. Convenient parking in College Street car park. For what we paid, it was what I expected and better than other reviews led me to expect.

Nice comfortable bed, very convenient for the town centre and the harbour. Very peaceful at night. No air-con but there was a fan included.

The room we got was obviously not one from the pictures and one that needs to be renovated.

The location is good - close to the maritime area and city center. The hotel is a fire hazard and it’s ill maintained. I will not recommend it. Also, the advertised pub at the ground floor is it NOT part of the hotel, as advertised.

The check in and using the code for the doors is all a bit of a hassle but during check in window there does seem to be staff around to help. It was a good location and clean.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is near to lots of pubs and restaurants so it’s a plus. A bit far from the museums and stuff but not too far.. it’s walkable
