Decent

In general terms the pousada is good, breakfast is decent even with the coffee machine inconvenient they had for 2 days. The AC in my room was not great and it took a while to cool the bedroom considering the hot days. Location is very good, close to everything. The staff for 1 or 2 exceptions all the questions we did seemed they were bothering them and not really engaged to help or assist in a good way.

Great

The Check in was perfect, Pedro was very helpful and friendly. The room was Great, but it does need some updates. The bathroom had the window broken and no shelf in the shower. We also ran out of cold water during our shower and we had to shower at a different unit the next morning before check out. The location is great and very convenient. Booking our tour was also super easier with them, but it does have a convenient fee included.

This place has slipped in quality since the last two visits… they also charge for parking now $20 per night! Breakfast is average, won’t stay again.

It is running down, use to be great. They are not doing any thing to keep up with the build. They are charging for the parking saying it is a third party but is not they always had the same parking lot. Staff play dummy with customer to not deal with issues.

A pousada não possui estacionamento, tudo bem. Mas houve muito descaso em me informarem opções. Os próximos não fazem pernoite. Há um que estava fechado, mas que faria pernoite. Não entendi como estaria fechado, depois descobri que o portão ficava aberto, era só acertar com a pessoa qdo ela chegasse. Ou seja, se for de carro priorize pousadas que tenham estacionamento. Ali é bem difícil e a opção que existe é cara e mal explicada.

Na parte da frente da pousada funciona uma pizzaria. Na madrugada havia barulho de pratos e talheres batendo, durante a limpeza do local. O café da manhã é razoável. Havia uma fresta na madeira da porta do quarto que deixava entrar luz a ponto de incomodar. A localização é excelente.
