My stay as a solo traveler got off to a rocky start, but the Rena's great customer service completely turned my experience around. I had originally booked a Superior Triple Room, but upon checking in, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom was quite dirty. I initially noted this issue in a quick first-impression review.
First thing the next morning, Rena at the front desk proactively approached me to discuss my feedback. She handled the situation with absolute professionalism, genuine care, and great urgency. She listened to my concerns and immediately arranged a room change to a spotless alternative room as requested, ensuring I was comfortable for the remainder of my stay.
While a dirty room on arrival is never ideal, how a hotel responds to a problem makes all the difference. Rena’s swift, proactive response and dedicated hospitality turned what could have been a negative trip into a good one. Thank you Rena :)
