Hotel Review The two staff members at the reception during check-in were very rude and unhelpful. They did not make any effort to find and provide the room we had booked. Instead, they kept speaking to each other in Vietnamese in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Although I could not understand what they were saying, their tone and attitude made it feel as though they were insulting or mocking us. The man who was working when we first arrived at the hotel on the first night was particularly rude. He constantly had an angry expression on his face, either stared at us rudely or completely ignored us when we entered or left the hotel.
