Me cobró de mas. No me dio la habitación con vista a la montaña. La cama no era queen size, eran 2 de una plaza. No me pasó la contraseña del wifi. Le tuve que pedir el control del aire acondicionado. No me dejó guardar una bebida en la heladera. El desayuno autoservicio se paga aparte.
