Great location and very welcoming staff! Had a short, but very nice visit to Hotel Sorenberg. Excellent location for families looking to visit Mooraculum at Rossweid or the toboggan at Rischli.

The hotel was fantastic, and the staff were so awesome. They saw that we were a family of six and upgraded us to a suite without asking. The restaurant downstairs is great as well.

Needs improvement.

The member of staff was lovely but the hotel is vastly overpriced for the condition and lack of facilities.
