The staff did go above and beyond. It was my fault i got locked out. I didnt pay close attention to code and after hours no ones around to let you in. Its a cute place and very private. Great location really good price. I cant complain but took a star for not getting someone to respond after hours until late. But its really an amazing property

The hotel is somewhat at the far end of MA - closer to quepos than to the main beach, but the local casual bus circulates in the Main Street frequently… and this place is close to a place called “the little market” “ el mercadito” where you’ll find lots of food stands, co-working and some nice restaurants. Phil is managing this rehabilitated property and doing an excellent job. His level of care and attention is super high and all the staff are attentive and focused.

nice people, great location with great view, However Expedia's Exellent rating is not even close. There is no bar, no restaurant, the inn is tired looking and needs updates. One bedroom suite would suggest one seperate room and not beds arranged at different angles.

We were pleased to be on the top floor with a stunning ocean view. The AC was great as was the WiFi. The room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the stove didn’t work, so we had to eat out every meal. Also, the water pressure is poor and unreliable. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of eateries and shops in walking distance, but some hills and few sidewalks.

Our room was bright, spotless and comfortable. The staff, especially Fillip, went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful. We even met the new owner who was bringing in new bedding and has great plans. The pool was delightful and just what we needed after hiking the national Park. Fillip cooked us our breakfast himself.
