The room was clean and the service was friendly and prompt, however the jets on the hot tub didn't work and there was a lack of unused electrical outlets. There were outlets on the lamps but they did not work.

First impressions weren't good. Got to a room bottom floor window was left open. Outside temps were single digits, room was 51 degrees. Took hours to warm up. We decide to go out for food and informed desk, were offered to switch room, after busy day we said no. We left multuple times to wait for room to warm up. Room could have been cleanned better. Previously stayed at this location under different ownership, they have updated well, location of driveway is difficult the fence didn't help.
