The staff here are spectacular. They really show care and are extremely helpful. My stay here for 5 days was wonderful. The beach is quiet and right across the street. Breakfast is large and great quality. The pool and gym are nice however towels and sanitizer for the equipment would be nice.

we took one of the VIP rooms facing the ocean for very small price increase, Breakfasts were scrumptious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and well presented. only slightly downer but found in every hotel in Vietnam so far is that the showers could be a little hotter but thats just me. Highly recommend. Close to some of the best seafood you will get.

The floor in the room was wet and it smelt. There was a cockroach on the bed. We arrived at 11pm. They said they had no more rooms but we could cancel and get a full refund. Still haven’t received the money. Expedia were useless, no help, no support. Just an AI bot talking in circles. From sitting in the lobby for half an hour looking for somewhere else to stay, my impression was that everyone staying there was a drunk teenager. Avoid this place
