No staff helped if guests got queries. I sent a message at 6:30pm but a reply message was sent to me next day after 6:30pm and not really reply my query. When I left the hostel, another guest also got an issue that she contacted staff but she has waited for many hours. She was helpless. Besides, the surrounding was very noisy. I will not recommend this hostel and I think having other places that are much better than this hostel with the similar price.

사장님에게는 미안하지만 기대에 못 미치는 숙박이었습니다. 위층에서 밤새도록 세탁기 돌아가는 것 같은 소리가 들렸고, 방도 너무 비좁았습니다. 세면대 물도 제대로 내려가지 않아 불편했습니다. 가격 대비 만족도가 매우 낮았습니다.

竟然發生不同平台重複訂房，因我先辦理入住，導致在另一個平台訂房的中國女生無法順利入住，甚至那位女生辦理入住機台竟然給了我房間的房卡，因當時的我正在洗澡，突然有人開了我的房門兩次，正是那位女生，她發現不對勁，詢問客服，客服竟然還要求她再次進入房間確認…. 後來那位女生辦理退房，進而導致我原本的房卡也無法使用，真的是很誇張 後續多次聯繫客服，所有通訊軟體都詢問了，遲遲不回覆，不是24小時都有客服嗎，回覆處理速度要等2小時以上，處理的也不ok，一整個很荒謬 整體都設備都很不錯，地點也方便，剛好在地鐵新村站，周圍也很多商家可逛，生活機能很好，美中不足就是發生了不同平台重複訂房，差點他鄉留宿街頭

自助入住，不會回覆訊息 802房間算新，但清潔不佳，洗手台堵水，一堆頭髮與麵條，有異味 有寬敞陽台空間，但床卡住出入口，要進出需要爬過床鋪 床跟枕頭都還可以，地理位置好，交通方便

客房是乾淨的，因出差需求選擇一家離目的地較近的住宿，第一天抵達時，發現床單枕頭是濕的，可能是因為潮濕的關係，但發訊息給房東之後，大概一個鐘頭就馬上來更換棉被和床單，其他沒什麼太大了問題，算是一家不錯的旅店
