Extremely disappointed that they did not inform me at all that the swimming pool area would be closed during all of my stay. They did not offer any compensation for this lack of service, I still had to pay the full price. On top of this There was constant renovation noise and the noise insulation of the rooms is inexistent. The room fridge smelled bad, as if someone had peed in it.

Nossa experiência no Hotel Sonata de Iracema foi excelente! A recepção é linda e muito aconchegante. Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, educados e prestativos, sempre nos recebendo com um sorriso. Os quartos são confortáveis, muito bem organizados, e os banheiros estavam sempre impecavelmente limpos e cheirosos. Um detalhe que fez toda a diferença foi o aroma agradável em todo o hotel, transmitindo uma sensação constante de limpeza e cuidado. As meninas da limpeza estão de parabéns pela simpatia e pelo excelente trabalho. O restaurante do hotel também é ótimo, com comida muito saborosa. O café da manhã foi, sem dúvida, o melhor que já encontramos em um hotel: enorme variedade, tudo fresco e delicioso, além de um cardápio que muda durante a semana. Íamos ficar apenas 4 dias, mas gostamos tanto da experiência que estendemos nossa hospedagem por mais 3 diárias. A piscina é muito limpa, e a área com o bar é perfeita para relaxar. Foi uma experiência incrível. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos de olhos fechados!
