Lovely experience staying here. It started with a friendly receptionist followed by staying in very clean, modern room that was well decorated. Added modern touch that we didn't even need to manually open curtains. Bed and pillows was very comfortable. Bathroom very modern with nice shower. Air con was just what we needed in this heat wave. We had evening drinks at the bar, cocktails were made to perfection. Breakfast had plenty to choose from.

Ants appeared in my room during my stay, which was not ideal. I informed the staff and asked for cleaning and fresh towels the next day. Unfortunately, when I returned in the evening, nothing had been done. A bit disappointing, as I was hoping the issue would be handled. Overall, an okay stay, but service could definitely be better.

The front desk service was perfect, nice and all time ready to help. The location is convenient with public transport at the front of the door. Many restaurants around! If you stay at the Quentin, do not forget to try a dönner at the Teos Bistro. The best!!! However, the cleanliness of the Quentin Hotel needs to be improved.

The hotel was decent and good for my visit purpose which was a business trip. The rooms are a decent size for Europe and the bathroom was big. There was a kebab place across the street that was open when i came back each night. There weren't a lot of breakfast choices though as most places opened late. The subway was only a few blocks up which was convenient. I was also able to walk to many food shops for a late night meal. I don't want to forget the supermarket across the street. I would stay again but just 1 person to a room. It's a tight space for any more than that. Overall, I'd say an average hotel but not a bad one at all.

LOOKING AT THE PICTURES OF THIS HOTEL ON THE DIFFERENT WEBSITES, ALL LOOKS NICE, ESPECIALLY THE BAR AND RESTAURANT AREA, BUT THEY FORGOT TO INFORM POTENTIAL CLIENTS THAT THE RESTAURANT AND BAR CLOSED DUE TO AN ELECTRICITY PROBLEM. THAT IS WHAT THEY SAY. EVEN THAT IS NOT TRUE. THE ENTIRE HOTEL HAD ELECTRICITY EVEN THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE DOING THE NIGHT IT WAS LIT UP, ALSO SPOKE TO THE STAFF. THIS HOTEL POSTED MISLEADING INFORMATION. THIS HOTEL HAS NO VENDING MACHINES, NO MINIBARS, NOTHING ,IF YOU WANT TO DRINK WATER OR SNACK, BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS. I TRAVEL OFTEN TO BERLIN FOR BUSINESS, NEVER AGAIN WILL STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
