We stayed 4 nights in a Superior room and it was very comfortable and spacious. Hotel is well located right on the beachfront. The beach side pool was a bit disappointing, while nice to look at it wasnโ€™t that practical. No sun lounges or chairs nearby to place towels, clothes etc. No steps or safe ways to access the water, only 1 pool ladder to use. Breakfast was nice with enough choice to satisfy most tastes. Nothing outstanding but beautiful location by the beach.

๐Ÿจ Hotel Review โ€” 6/10 We found the staff very considerate and kind, which was a highlight of our stay. However, the hotel itself felt underwhelming. - Ongoing construction: Work was underway to build new villas, which gave parts of the property a transitional feel. - Facilities: Only one pool was visible (closest to the beach), but it was poorly designed with very limited lounging space. There wasnโ€™t much happening at the hotel to keep patrons engaged. - Breakfast: Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing. Coffee and tea were served in identical pots, leading to mixโ€‘ups. The English breakfast was poor, the Asian options looked unappealing, and even the pastries โ€” despite Sanurโ€™s excellent bakeries nearby โ€” were subpar. Only bland, unsalted butter was available. - Atmosphere: Compared to other beachfront hotels just a few hundred yards away, this one lacked energy and atmosphere. - Value: For the price, weโ€™ve stayed in far nicer hotels with outstanding breakfasts at half the cost. โญ Overall Impression Not a bad hotel, but it needs considerable improvement to justify the room rates. Staff kindness was appreciated, but facilities, food, and atmosphere fell short. Rating: 6/10.

I expected this to be a new hotel nearing completion, but in fact it is an old one undergoing a major renovation. There was significant mould in the bathroom and the smell from the bathroom plumbing was very strong at night. I have stayed in many hotels right across Indonesia during many business trips, but haven't struck such a strong sewerage smell before. The staff, however, we fantastic.

Very underwhelming stay and I feel like the reviews so far are a little misleading. Room and property was clean and free bike hire. Thatโ€™s about it for the highlights. Lowlights. Nowhere to sit around the pool. A few lounge beds that were not close to the pool and when you were in the pool it was like you were in the bar. Not relaxing. Property is nowhere near finished and even when it is I donโ€™t think it will be up to scratch. Went to check in a little before the time. Property was completely empty. Staff said they would WhatsApp us when the room was ready and it was a roasting hot day. No WhatsApp message before the check in time or after and no offer for towels and to sit around the pool whilst we waited for the room to be ready. Bathroom wasnโ€™t great for a recently renovated room either. Wouldnโ€™t say it was modern. Would not return

A sound 3* hotel. Room service plates were left outside rooms for more than a day, staff swept room rubbish (small papers, wrappers, q-tips) into the garden bed. Front pool was not accessible for us. Breakfast was fine but squashed into a small area which became congested during busy times. Nothing special. Great location.

Bed wonderful and firm, room clean. Hotel didn't live up to its hype- very noisy room with children thumping around next door at all hours. I'd booked this hotel advertised as adults only, which it wasn't. Many facilities advertised not open. Feels like a soulless concrete chain hotel. People hassling you on the hotel beach chairs for massages and buying things, and no service from staff for food or drinks on sunloungers. The noise made it very hard to sleep. Food is mostly western which is disappointing on holidays.
