No había agua caliente y el agua estaba muy, muy fría. El restaurante ofrecía un muy reducido desayuno y no tenia alimentos para la comida y cena. Ofrecían una carta con un menu, y al pedir indicaban que no tenían nada que ofrecer. Que se les había acabado la comida. En una ocasion trajeron de comida de fuera, ya después, de plano indicaron que no había ningún alimento. En las tardes abren la piscina al publico y ponen la musica a un nivel increiblemente alto, es imposible trabajar, concentrarse, descansar y, ni pensar en dormir. Estas características deberían indicarse en el sistema, para uno saber que es lo que se va a tener. yo, de haberlo sabido, no me hubiera hospedado en este hotel. Me siento totalmente engañado y que esta plataforma no me ayudo para nada a tomar una buena decisión. Por favor, corrijan esto y agreguen esta importante información para este y cualquier otro hotel en su sistema.
