The check in process was fully remote and the link did not work. Parking was expensive and the Q R Code we had to scan didn't work correctly. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was amazing. The area the hotel was in was very noisy.

Beautiful and brand new hotel. The room was more like a flat, with spacious bathroom and seating area. Modern and chic, delicious soft fragrance in the room. Parking was not super convenient (narrow alley across the street or empty lot a few yards away if your room didn't have an assigned parking on the ground level of the property) but we managed and truly enjoyed our stay. Communication with staff was remarkable. We will consider staying here again for future visits.

The hotel is beautiful, huge, and has everything you need. Very clean, the beds and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. We had an issue that arose during our stay and the owners were quick to respond and address the issue and help in any way they could. Amazing customer service. Also the check in and out was easy and it felt very secure. Would stay again.

Room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was also spacious and provided good water pressure. We only saw one other couple during our 2 night stay so it felt very private. The coffee shop next door and food truck were also very convenient and delicious. 2 suggestions: a full-length mirror and a floor fan. The room got a little stuffy at night.

Staff were extremely responsive when we had issues at check in. Security of the property is excellent. Very clean. No front desk, but staff was very helpful. North Charleston is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and there is a very nice downtown area just a couple of blocks away with a bunch of dining selections. Overall a good experience and a good price.

This hotel is perfect for those who want a quiet location and a large modern space. There is no hotel lobby or in person check-in, but the online system works really well and there are staff both near by and a text away. The team is very kind and helpful. I thought it was a nice location, mostly a residential area, and it was easy to drive into town. There are very few amenities at the hotel. I think the only thing missing that I would have liked is a microwave or a way to heat up water. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent one night at Circulo while in town for the. Charleston Open tennis tournament. The hotel is a small boutique type hotel with only 16 rooms but our room was large and nicely appointed. The shower was very also very nice. There are 4 paid parking spaces under the hotel, and about 10 other paid parking spaces directly across from the hotel. Although there is no staff at the hotel, I had great inaction with them before our arrival and they were extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel if you stay in North Charleston.

We will definitely be staying at this property again for future Park Circle and Firefly concert nights! Both Bethany and Julia made the check in and check out process super easy. The hotel rooms are a great size, all nice amenities and higher end finishes. Definitely a hidden gem we’d recommend to all our friends.

This was a new experience for us - staying at a no staff on the premises facility. Overall, we had a good stay. But, there are some things that we discussed and feel they could improve the overall experience. 1. Price point was too high for what you get (not located in an ideal location, no on-site staff, parking was in a very tight alley (which required an additional expense), no coffee pot in the room (although coffee vouchers were provided for the shop next door, the shop did not open until 0800) 2. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, but minimal 3. The roof top area provided a nice area to relax with a drink before bed. A couple of ceiling fans would be a welcome addition 4. My sister and brother-in-law had to place a call because their door access code failed. The response was relatively quick and resolved by changing the batteries. But, for the duration of our stay they could not use the elevator with their access code to get to the roof top. We had to pick them up using our access or they had to use the stairs.

Hotel Circulo is truly one of the most visually stunning hotels I have ever stayed in. It is clear that an incredible amount of thought and attention to detail went into the design. The aesthetic combines elements of pop art with what felt like subtle inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright–style architecture. The hotel was impeccably clean, smelled fresh, and the quality of the furnishings and décor did not go unnoticed. I was genuinely impressed. The photos and reviews alone convinced me to book a night for my daughter and me while we were in town for a cheer competition. While the hotel itself is fantastic, the surrounding area did not feel as safe as I had hoped. I was unaware that the room doors face outward toward the street and sidewalk. We were given a corner room on the third floor that was clearly visible from below. Shortly after checking in around 6 p.m., we decided to go out and find something to eat. As we were leaving our room, a man walking on the sidewalk below made eye contact with my 12-year-old daughter standing outside the door. He began shouting up to us, saying, “Hey! Yo! Stop! Don’t come down just yet! It isn’t safe down here.” This was followed by unusual laughing which made it unsettling. My daughter was immediately frightened and started crying. Although I knew we were relatively secure since the elevator required an access code, the interaction made me hesitant to go downstairs, worried the man might be waiting for us. Interesting concept staying in an unstaffed hotel, much like an Airbnb experience. Communication was good, everything done online for check-in. Our room was very nice and clean. Met David, one of the managers who happened to be on site when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful. Park Circle is nice, we would stay at Hotel Circulo again.

We loved our stay at Circulo! David was very friendly, and he and the team were so accommodating. We appreciated the team’s communication as they reached out here and there to see if there was anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which was great as well. As for the property and the room, we’ve got so many great things to say. We loved the location. It was a really quick and easy ride into downtown Charleston. The property was clean and well-maintained. The room (including the bathroom) was beautifully decorated, so chic, and so spacious! And the swivel tv was super convenient for being able to watch tv from the bed or as you sit in the living room area. And here’s where Circulo really felt set apart from other places we’ve stayed: the team put so much thought into the little touches that truly elevated the experience for us. There was a handwritten welcome note that even wished us a happy anniversary. There were little coffee cards we were able to use to get free coffee from Prophet Coffee directly next door (amazing coffee!). There was a sound machine but also a set of ear plugs in a cute little burlap sack on each night stand. You can really tell the team at Circulo thought through how to curate a top-notch experience for their guests. Thank you, Hotel Circulo team, for a wonderful stay! If we find ourselves in Charleston again, we would absolutely return to Circulo. And we highly recommend your hotel!
