I am pretty sure we were the first ones to stay in this room as there was still air in the water line. New hotel with that new smell. Well staffed. The HVAC unit made a flap noise every time the compressor turned off about every 5-10 minutes.

Front desk staff failed to disclose it was a 50$ /day hold for miscellaneous items. When questioned about being charged 100$ instead of $50 it was then clarified. The room was nicely appointed. It was clean. The ac/heat has to be switched manually. Parking is open but the spots are small.

Nice, new hotel and overall a decent stay, but a few things were disappointing. The room was booked for 6 people, yet there were no extra sheets or towels already provided, which would’ve been helpful. We also noticed a stain on the comforter and found a dirty M&M on the floor, which made the room feel less clean than expected. The fridge wasn’t turned on, so when we went to grab our items in the morning, everything we had stored wasn’t cold. The grab-and-go breakfast was fine, but it was a letdown that there were no drink options for kids—only coffee and tea available.

While I was very happy with the hotel I was extremely disappointed that I accidentally left my jewelry box in the room, I called the front desk and was told the cleaning people did not find it…I filled out a list report however they don’t offer any compensation.. very sad at the people they hire would steal, definitely not what I would expect from a Hyatt
