4/10 Fair

Overall, the hotel was not quite as comfortable as I had expected. When I arrived, I was initially told that I needed to pay for the stay even though the reservation had already been paid for. The hotel later contacted me and explained that they could issue a refund to my debit card, but that it would need to be split into two transactions, one max per day, so I had to come back the next day. Regarding the room itself, some of the kitchenware was worn and beginning to deteriorate. I also noticed spiderwebs in the corners, and overall cleanliness could have been better. That being said, the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.

Clean and big room
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

Large spacious room and bathroom. Deep tub. No issue with hot water or pressure. Comfy bed. Large mini-fridge. Clean. Given lots of towels (I often reserve at other places for 4 people and only get 2 sets of towels). Large flat screen tv with Illeco. If you are there for a week though, there’s no dresser.

Instructions should be provided regarding the use of the TV. Had to request assistance. Otherwise everything else was very good. Clean, comfortable beds, convenient refrigerator and Keurig machine. Front desk employee was very helpful.

Cute roadside style motel close to the city

This hotel-motel is quite rustic but full of charm and character. If you expect this (and not a standardized chain hotel) you will love it. My bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and quiet, but the furniture is very outdated and quite worn out. I didn't like the spots on my couch. But I my bathroom was freshly renovated and very pleasant.

The mattress was really hard and uncomfortable. The room was clean and there was a microwave and toaster in the hallway for everyone to use.

Ancient motel

First impression of the place was: old and not very well maintained. They are still using physical keys to get into the room. All the interior looked very dated and old fashioned. The bathroom had no room for anything on the sink. The room was clean and the bed slept OK. There was nobody to check out in the morning, I just dumped the keys in a mail slot, as directed.

Keep in mind it’s an older building! The rooms were clean and beds were cozy! We were on the ground floor so able to park in front of our unit! Chairs are available to sit outside which we enjoyed! Within walking distance to our favourite restaurant!! Overall a great experience!
