8/10 Very good

I really enjoyed my stay at ABC. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The property was well maintained and very clean. A few things that could improve is the WiFi connection. The WiFi connection kept going in and out. It should’ve been a microwave in the room to warm up leftover food. Also ice machines need to be installed on each floor of the hotel for guests convenience. I also was very disappointed that the Aqua club on the 7th floor wasn’t available during my stay because of renovations. This attraction was the very reason I wanted to stay at the ABC. Otherwise I would recommend ABC to family and friends visiting Angeles City.

The staff was amazing and the hotel itself was great. Many aspects of hotel outside of just the room (KTV bar, pool bar, spa etc.). Would absolutely come back if I would return to area.

ABC hotel was the best! The staff at the hotel and the aqua club were all 100% professional and they catered to my every need. Words cannot describe the type of service the staff bring to the table. It’s definitely the best hotel to spend your time and money at while anywhere in Pampanga. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
