Nice clean and tidy hotel, staff were helpful and rooms are nice.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is in a good location , walking distance to the tourist areas by the Teijo river . This is one of few hotels in the centre of Lisbon that actually has good parking. The elevator for the car was a new experience but I did manage to get my slightly oversized car in there.

Nice staff, clean rooms and great location. The garage elevator was a bit annoying as it seemed what the staff wanted us to do to get in was different every time.

The room was very clean and luxurious. The hotel itself was modern and pretty swanky. They were kind and let me check in a couple of hours early because it was free. I would stay here again

Property was modern and clean. Rooms a little small. Staff very friendly and more than willing to assist with any needs.

Nice, centrally located property. Professional and patient front desk clerk. The tv reception was not good, so it was difficult to watch, but at least we could hear the news.

Not a bad place

The hotel was quite ok for the price point. The staff in the restaurant in the evening were really nice and accommodating. But I have to say I am nearly 60 years old and have stayed in many hotels worldwide over the years but this was the worst breakfast I've ever had anywhere. I don't like to leave bad reviews but just being honest on this point.

The staff is very friendly , the bathroom is very spacious and everything is cleaned to a good quality. The restaurant in the hotel is very good , offering lovely dinner with vegetarian options. Breakfast was included in the price and was also of good quality, the hot chocolate was amazing and the fresh orange juice. There was a variety of options for vegetarians to choose from. They should put some chocolate in the room fridges and allow free refilling of water bottles.

Excellent value - more affordable than trendier neighborhoods, clean, modern, helpful staff. The area felt a little dodgy, however - lots of graffiti, homeless guy. Apparently it's safe enough during the day but extra care is needed at night. Wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant, but just one block away is "Portugalia" (oldest restaurant in Lisbon, someone claimed), where you can eat well for ~ € 25. A straight metro ride or a 40-minute walk to Chiado and the river.
