Nice stay in a clean and safe hotel. Easy accessible and food at the restaurant is nice.

Reception staff were lovely. The hotel was nice, room comfortable. The breakfast unfortunately let it down. Poor selection, coffee machine not working (and when it was fixed there were no mugs and no staff around to ask).

6/10 Good

Poor breakfast, sauna shower destroyed, not at the expected for a 4*

4/10 Fair

Expensive mini bar, terribly overpriced restaurant for mediocre food, plus kids were playing in the only elevator that was working so it was a 20 minute wait to get to my room or down to ground level. Don’t stay here if it’s wedding season or the tulip festival I guess.

Standard hotel and service

The bed is too soft for me and there's only 1 set of towel, even no small free bottles of drinking water. On the other hand, the room is clean, check in and check out is fast. Breakfast is not bad.

Worn down hotel that needs renovation. The rooms are ok, the breakfast buffet was rather average. Funny enough my shower cabin was lacking a door and I had to change the room.

*The rooms have a poor aport of fresh air, also on the corridors were no airy. My room was clean but has no clean air and an incredible bad smelling. Probabley unused for a long time. They didn't prepare the room with air conditioning. But now I do not trust in the quality of their air conditioning system. The tilt system of the window was broken, cause I wanted to ventilate the room with outside air. I had to accept a downgraded room to have a ventilated room. The reception assist me to choose beetwen the rooms available. *The restaurant has good food and you can choose a good wine. *Good breakfast

4/10 Fair

I have never encountered anyone as careless as the receptionist working when I was checking out on April 30th. When I wanted to collect my luggage from the reception, he was smoking outside the reception and during working hours and told me that I had to go inside the reception and collect my luggage myself. It's really like a joke. It might be the most poorly managed and undisciplined hotel of the Ramada I have ever seen. Part of the room was barely vacuumed and the furniture was very old. Breakfast in the restaurant is quite ordinary. While taking a shower, the plumbing makes a very loud ringing sound. There is a price-quality imbalance. I wouldn't choose it again.

Excellent hotel

Great hotel! Great comfort at very good price.

Great hotel, close to the city downtown. Very nice fit-up. We liked it very much and we will go again there if we have to stay in Pitesti.
