The property was exceptionally clean for Japanese standard. The view was great and also the big bath tub on the top floor with a view was quite a nice surprise.

Wonderful rooms, excellent service and staff, close to Main Street. Really good breakfast. The bath at top floor is good but a little small for a hotel of this scale. If you don’t drive, buses are not reliable at all, making it difficult to get around (problem with Amami in general). Still, I came at a time when costs are affordable so the hotel is very good for me.

大浴場があるので、部屋には、シャワー室のみで、バスタブがない。ホテル内には、カフェやコンビニもない。ホテル内のレストランでのディナーは、場合によっては、つまり、団体客が入っていたりすると、使用できない。最寄りのコンビニまで、徒歩8分ほど。清潔で、朝食は、リーズナブルな価格で、美味しかった。スタッフも感じがよい。

立地もよく、ホテルも綺麗で、スタッフさんの対応はとても丁寧で満足です。洗濯機も乾燥機も無料で使えて最高でした。 1つ気になったのが、大浴場(女性)の脱衣所の床と洗面台に落ちている大量の髪の毛です。そこらじゅうが髪の毛でしたので、置いてあったクイックルワイパーやティッシュで掃除させていただきました。セルフでの掃除を求められているのかもしれませんが、あの状態を見る限り、もう少し頻繁にホテルの方で清掃に入っていただいた方がいいのかなと思いました。それ以外の場所(部屋など)はどこも清潔感があり、よかったです！ありがとうございました！

朝食の鶏飯も、旬の柑橘たんかんもあり、非常に充実していて、美味しかったです。鶏飯のスープと鶏肉が、別になっていたのは、とても良かったです。部屋は、相変わらず綺麗で文句なし。大浴場も最高でした。定宿なので、引き続き利用したいと思います。

朝食は鶏飯や漬物、ピーナッツ豆腐など島料理がたくさんあり、とてもおいしかったです。大浴場が気持ちよく、無料のフットマッサージ機も良かったです。レンタカーで行きましたが充分な駐車スペースがあり、フロントの方も、夕食を食べに出る時、場所を尋ねたらとてもわかりやすく説明してくれました。名瀬は食事をするところも多く、便利です。また泊まりたいです。
