İlk gün otele giriş saatimiz 14.00 idi. Saat 13.30'da otele giriş yaptık. Odamıza 14.15'te girebildik. Bu konuda daha hassas hareket edilebilirdi. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Dışarıdan otele yansıyan gürültü hemen hemen yok denecek noktadaydı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü idi. Odamız temizdi. Duş başlığının iç aparatı yoktu. Tramvay hemen otelin yanıbaşında. Şehrin bir çok noktasına kolaylıkla ulaşabildik. Genel olarak memnun kaldığımızı ifade edebilirim. Bir dahaki sefere tercih nedemiz olacaktır.

Otelin temizlik ve ilgileri güzeldi. Ama otelin üst katında bulun restorandaki müzük ve eğlence saat 2 ye kadar devam etti bu neden uyumakda zorlandık. Burası otel eğlence merkezi gibi kullanılmamalı.

İki günlük konaklama süresi boyunca birinci gün odadan çıktım geri döndüğümde kart çalışmıyordu. Aşağı inip resepsiyona bildirdim. Hemen hallettiler onun harici bir aksilik yaşamadım. Koridordan çok ses geliyordu odanın içinde otururken koridordaki herşeyi duyabiliyorsunuz. Siz koridorda yürürkende odada ne yaptıklarını anlayabiliyorsunuz. Ama odadayken diğer odadaki sesler gelmiyor.

Verilen ilk odada yerlerden çubuk kraker topladık,banyo pisti, sanırım temizlenmemişti tuvalet sifonu çekince suyu dışarı atıyordu, oda değişikliği istedik. Yedinci katta manzarası güzel buzdolabı iyi, temiz bir oda verildi duş başlığı elimizde kaldı ama bildirince hemen değiştirdiler. Tuvaletlerde genel bir problem olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Otelin en büyük artısı tramvay durağının yanında olması ve personelinin gerçekten yardıma koşması özellikle bizi ilk gün karşılayan odamızı değiştiren bizimle yakından ilgilenen Meltem Hanım’a teşekkür ediyoruz. Genel olarak kalınabilecek yatağı,havlusu temiz, güzel bir otel, Buzdolapları ,banyo tuvaletler bir an evvel elden geçmeli.

Gerçekten uzun zamandır bir otelden bu kadar mutlu ayrılmamıştık. Baştan sona her şey kusursuzdu. Otelin konumu oldukça iyi, her yere kolayca ulaşabildik ve bu da tatilimizi çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Ama asıl farkı yaratan çalışanlardı. Güler yüzleri, samimiyetleri ve her konuda yardımcı olmak için gösterdikleri çaba sayesinde kendimizi misafir gibi değil, evimizde gibi hissettik. Ne zaman bir şeye ihtiyacımız olsa içtenlikle yardımcı oldular ve bunu gerçekten isteyerek yaptıkları belli oluyordu. Hem oteli hem de ekibini çok sevdik. Burayı tercih ettiğimiz için çok mutluyuz ve tekrar yolumuz düşerse hiç düşünmeden yine burada konaklarız.
