The location north of Hoan Kiem lake is outside the usual tourist hustle and bustle but still walkable to the lake. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff are wonderful! When we told them our flight was a bit later in the afternoon they offered a later check out which was very much appreciated so we could relax and not arrive hot and sweaty. One of the quirks of the hotel is the entrance is down a narrow alleyway where a noodle business sets up in the evenings. This is the true everyday life! A great place to stay.

10/10 Exceptional

Located in near Dong Xuan market, the hotel is in the heart local life. Very busy. The room itself was clean and adequate. Facing the side of the building, I did not hear any noise from the streets. As a tourist, the location is superb. I'm walking distance to numerous Michelin recommendations and to the local buses that would take you out Old Town. The airport shuttle station is also nearby. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The only negative was that a noodle stand set up shop in the shared alleyway. They leave the alleyway slick with grease, but the hotel staff do clean up after them.
